Information about the Events
International Events
These events are held outside of Belgium and The Netherlands. Based on the polls we hold in the chat, the Vox decides where the next international event is held. The International event will always be held in the month of July.

What can you expect ?
A full planned vacation. The Vox will make the proper arrangements and will instruct the attendees what to do. Take in mind that these vacations aren't cheap. Expect that you have a budget between 500-1000 euro. We try our best to get the best deals possible.

New Year Event
Based on the polls we hold in the chat, the Vox decides where we going to celebrate New Year.

What can you expect ?
A full planned extended weekend. The Vox will make the proper arrangements and will instruct the attendees what to do. Take in mind that these trips aren't cheap. Expect that you have a budget between 200-300 euro. We try our best to get the best deals possible.

Luxury Events
Luxury events are held in Belgium or The Netherlands. These events are Special. The Vox selects a location and organises activities and makes sure every attendee is treated in Luxury. The Chefs will make luxury food, The Masseurs will provide massages and aroma therapie, The barman will provide the necessary drinks and the Dj provides the music.

What can you expect ?
A full planned weekend or an extended weekend. The Vox will make the proper arrangements and will instruct the attendees what to do. Take in mind that these events aren't cheap. Expect that you have a budget between 150-300 euro. Some of these events will have AD activities. These activities are always held separated during an event. So people that are not interested in AD are not confronted with unwanted activities.
We have strict rules about AD. Not respecting the rules is an immediate ban.

Day Events
Day events are held in Belgium or The Netherlands. Theses can be City trips, BBQ 's, Furr Walks, Visiting Stores, Museums, Zoo's, Amusement parcs... Sometimes The Vox provides the option to spend the night at a hotel or other arrangement. This is specially done for people that have to travel long distances. To keep it short. A full planned day. The Vox will make the proper arrangements and will instruct the attendees what to do.

Flash Meets
Flash Meets are held in Belgium or The Netherlands. These events are hosted by our own members or The Vox Team itself. This can be a dinner evening, bowling, escape room, bar, swimming, bbq, paintball etc..... based event. Whatever floats your boat, we will create. Short and simple events where management isn't a high priority.

Attendees must be over 18 + to join, Minors are not allowed to join our Events. Lying about your age is an immediate ban from the Vox.
